This is a delicious, crusty baguette only slightly enhanced with a bit of Rye flour and some ground flax seeds. I do sprinkle a bit of coarse sea salt on top. I love this sliced with butter or used for your next bruschetta recipe. Ingredients: King Arthur flour, Hodgson Mill Rye flour, fleishmanns yeast, flax seeds, sea salt.

This order is for four bagels.

Medium spiced, delicious, cheddar Hot Pepper bagels made with our home grown peppers and white cheddar cheese. These are our personal favorites! As you'll see I changed the name from Jalapeno to Hot Pepper. We have run out of our supply of jalapenos but still have other homegrown peppers that we will be substituting in. I will do my very best to maintain a similar 'heat' level but pepper varieties might vary from cayennes, to Bulgarian carrot, to hot lantern peppers.
