Grumpy Goat Experiment

This is an all natural small batch orange cocoa lip balm in a compostable paper tube. This tube functions similarly to its plastic counterparts as the balm can be pushed up from the bottom with either your pinkie finger or a pencil eraser. You get hints of chocolate from the cocoa butter and sweet citrusy orange from the orange essential oil. Ingredients only include our homegrown beeswax, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and orange essential oil and vitamin E.

This is an all natural small batch peppermint lip balm in a compostable paper tube. This tube functions similarly to its plastic counterparts as the balm can be pushed up from the bottom with either your pinkie finger or a pencil eraser. The peppermint is a cool and mild flavor...not too strong. Ingredients only include our homegrown beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, and peppermint essential oil.

Our homemade lip balm uses our own Grumpy Goat Beeswax, as well as Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Carrot Seed Oil (for added SPF), and Vitamin E It comes in an eco friendly compostable paper tube which pushes up from the bottom, easily done with a finger or pen.

This is a fairly hefty loaf loaded with a swirl of cinnamon sugar and covered with raisins. We usually slice and toast with some butter or use in French toast! Ingredients: Type #1 homegrown red fife wheat, buttermilk, raisins, fleishmanns yeast, granulated sugar, cinnamon, sea salt. All our bread's are at or nearing use of 100% of our homegrown wheat - we have noticed that without some of the additives found in store bought flours, our wheat doesn't brown quite as beautifully. We will continue to see what we can do about that but if you notice your loaf is slightly paler than in years past just know that is the reason. It should be just as good if not taste better than before regardless!

We usually slice and toast with some butter or use in French toast! Ingredients: Type #1 homegrown red fife wheat, buttermilk, walnuts, fleishmanns yeast, granulated sugar, cinnamon, sea salt. Ingredients: Type #2 homegrown red fife wheat, oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, honey, sea salt. These are goat milk soap bars made with milk from our own pygora herd. This creamy soap includes the following ingredients: coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, castor oil, lye, goat milk, fir essential oil, sage essential oil, cedarwood essential oil, sodium lactate and activated charcoal. Activated charcoal works great at pulling impurities out of your pores so is perfect for oily or acne prone skin. All bars are 4oz though these bars are hand poured/cut so please allow for a little variation.

This is a Sport weight chocolate brown yarn from Hershey. He was our first ram on the farm and has sired many great lambs. The picture doesn't do the color justice...it is definitely a warm, rich, light chocolate brown color. Each skein is 200 yards. All our yarn (with the exception of the black alpaca) comes from our own animals and is spun locally at Americas Natural Fiberworks. CVM (California Variegated Mutant) Romeldale sheep are a great dual purpose breed with fine, soft to the skin, wool. They are considered an endangered breed in the US by the Livestock Conservancy.
